1. Acceptance

By using Trillionir AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Trillionir AI provides an AI inference API platform with OpenAI and Anthropic compatible endpoints. We route requests to open-source models running on our infrastructure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Resell API access without authorization
• Use the service to build competing products
• Reverse engineer our infrastructure

4. Pricing and Billing

Free tier is available with limited access. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

5. API Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. We're not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

You own your prompts and outputs. We own the Trillionir AI platform and infrastructure.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trillionir AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trillionir AI operates.
